The 2015 San Marino and Rimini Grand Prix was subjected to variable weather resulting in almost the whole field changing bikes twice over the twenty-eight lap contest. In the end, Repsol Honda Team’s Marc Marquez won the race ahead of Monster Yamaha Tech 3’s Bradley Smith in second place, and Marc VDS rider Scott Redding who claimed a maiden MotoGP podium by finishing in third place.

Lorenzo led the opening day of action at the Czech Republic Grand Prix, the Movistar Yamaha MotoGP rider setting the quickest time in the morning Free Practice 1 session to end the day just 0.014 seconds ahead of Repsol Honda Team’s Marc Marquez on combined times.

Repsol Honda Team’s Marc Marquez won today’s Indianapolis Grand Prix from pole position after an exciting battle with Movistar Yamaha MotoGP’s Jorge Lorenzo. The result was the reigning MotoGP™ World Champion’s seventh successive premier-class victory on American soil.
38th Suzuka 8 Hours: 2015 FIM Endurance World Championship, Round Two
In their sixtieth anniversary year, Yamaha Motor Corporation claimed a historic Suzuka 8 Hours win as the Yamaha Factory Racing Team of Pol Espargaro, Katsuyuki Nakasuga and Bradley Smith rode their YZF-R1 to victory, also giving Bridgestone its tenth consecutive victory as a tyre supplier at the ‘8Tai’.

Movistar Yamaha MotoGP’s Jorge Lorenzo made it four wins in a row after a dominant victory at the Catalan Grand Prix ahead of teammate Valentino Rossi. Repsol Honda Team’s Dani Pedrosa was third in a race that was run in scorching conditions at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

The Italian Grand Prix was won by Movistar Yamaha MotoGP’s Jorge Lorenzo who secured a third successive MotoGP victory at Mugello ahead of Ducati Team’s Andrea Iannone and fellow factory Yamaha rider Valentino Rossi who finished in second and third place respectively.
