The thrilling fight for the win at Le Mans between Toyota and Porsche has gone on for hours, with the final stages of the 24-Hours race approaching. Until shortly before 11:00 hrs the number 2 Porsche 919 Hybrid with Marc Lieb (DE) at the wheel was leading, just now Toyota has gone back into P1 again.
After 14 hours
In the early morning hours the number 2 Porsche 919 Hybrid of Romain Dumas (FR), Neel Jani (CH) and Marc Lieb (DE) is fighting for the lead in Le Mans with the number 6 Toyota. An exciting virtual duel has developed as the two cars have different refuelling intervals.

The second round of the FIA World Endurance Championship was a tough test for the Porsche Team

French race ace Pierre Ragues will get preparations for his ninth 24 Hours of Le Mans underway at the official test day for this year’s event, which takes place at Circuit de la Sarthe this Sunday, 31st May.
For Audi and the trio Marcel Fässler-André Lotterer-Benoît Tréluyer, victory didn’t come into view until late Sunday morning, against Toyota and Porsche.
