Bapco 6 Hours of Bahrain – The Le Mans winners are the new World Champions

The Le Mans winners are the new World Champions The final round of the 2016 FIA World Endurance Championship was an emotional one at the Bahrain International Circuit, with champions crowned, farewells to firm friends, and drama along the way.  At the six-hour race in Bahrain the Porsche trio of Romain Dumas (FR), Neel Jani (CH) and Marc Lieb (DE) secured the drivers’ title in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).

ELMS: Championships claimed by G-Drive and Aston Martin Racing in drama filled race in Portugal

4 Hours of Estoril – G-Drive Racing crowned 2016 ELMS champions
ELMS - 4 Hours of Estoril - G-Drive Racing crowned The 2016 European Le Mans Series LMP2 and LMGTE titles were both claimed in dramatic circumstances as the cars leading the two classes, the no46 Thiriet by TDS Racing Oreca and the no66 JMW Motorsport Ferrari, both encountered problems in the first half of the four hour event.

24 Hours of Le Mans: Porsche has achieved its 18th overall Le Mans victory (updated²)

Porsche denies Toyota at Le Mans in dramatic last lap win
