La Rocca Back in Victory Lane

La Rocca won at Lime Rock

F2000 Championship Series logoRobert La Rocca took his fifth win of 2012 at Lime Rock Park, bouncing back from an earlier incident in race one that saw him finish third with a broken front wing. Just a few hours later, La Rocca worked lapped traffic more carefully, leading every lap from pole en route to his fifth win in six races for HP-Tech Motorsport in the No. 10 Van Diemen, finishing ahead of Tim Minor, in the Citation chassis, and Chris Livengood in a RFR, both notching their first podiums of 2012. F2000 Championship Series heads to Lime Rock Park

F2000 Championship Series logoAfter four races in 2012, Robert La Rocca and HP-Tech Motorsport have four wins, three poles, and a commanding lead in the 2012 F2000 Championship Series points standings. However, there is no shortage of fast drivers at the pointed end of the grid looking to challenge La Rocca as the F2000 Series heads to Lime Rock Park on Memorial Day weekend for a doubleheader with more than 30 entries.

HP-Tech announces 2011 F2000 effort with RFR

The team goal is to promote the new RFR car in the F2000 Series

HP-Tech Motorsport has announced it will contest the 2011 F2000 Championship Series season with at least two new RFR (Ralph Firman Racing) F2000 cars. The Florida-based team has already signed aspiring Venezuelan drivers Giancarlo Potolicchio and Robert La Rocca and is in the process of building brand new RFR chassis.
