The FIM takes note of the conclusions of the report
The Fédération de Motocyclisme (FIM) has received a report, drafted under the supervision of MotoGP Technical Director Mr Danny Aldridge, concerning the crash during practice at the Catalan Grand Prix in which Moto2 rider 39, Luis Salom, tragically lost his life.

Friday at the Gran Premi Monster Energy de Catalunya was marked with tragedy. During Free Practice 2 Luis Salom (SAG Team) suffered a fall at Turn 12 and was immediately seen to by medical staff before being taken to the Hospital General de Catalunya.
