Renault e.dams today concluded its pre-season testing programme ahead of the 2016/17 season
The reigning team champions finished official testing having covered 338 laps of the Donington Park circuit and a total of more than 1,300 kilometres over three days. Combined with the previous three-day test held two weeks ago at the same track, the team’s official testing pre-season kilometre count is now over 2,200km.
Lap times continue to tumble on second day of the final test at Donington Park
Jean-Eric Vergne (TECHEETAH) made it two days in a row as the fastest driver at the final pre-season test at Donington Park. In the process, Vergne, along with Sebastien Buemi (Renault e.Dams), broke the unofficial lap record around the Donington Park GP circuit on three separate occasions and finished the day clocking a 1:29.196s.

Last week’s three-day outing at Donington Park was the first time that the 10 season three Formula E teams ran at the same time at the same place, giving us the first opportunity to see how their latest powertrain solutions stack up.
