Andrew Ranger finishes 20th in K&N Pro Series West event

Andrew Ranger finishes 22nd in K&N Pro Series East event

2011-04-30-00282011-04-30-0032On Saturday, two-time NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Champion Andrew Ranger turned the fastest lap of the 34-car field in the NASCAR K&N PRO Series West event held at Miller Motorsport Park earning the Coors Light Pole Award. Subsequently, in the race, he finished 20th with two laps down to the winner after leading 17 of the 63 laps race.

Thorn, from Lakeport, Calif., piloted the No. 44 4 Star Fruit/Superior Crankshaft Chevrolet to a fast lap of 18.334 seconds (98.178 mph) to best a stacked field of 46 entrants. Ranger captures win at Infineon (+result)

Two-time Canadian series champion pulls out win

Andrew Ranger ran out of gas on the final lap, but fortunately, the checkered flag was in sight. Ranger coasted across the finish line to capcture the Thunder Valley Casino Report 200 at Infineon Raceway Saturday. It is Ranger’s first NASCAR K&N Pro Series West victory in his first start.
