NASCAR Pinty’s Ecko Unlimited 100 at Circuit ICAR in Mirabel

2016:07:03_14:58:33_0806 Driver Jocelyn Fecteau, of Mont-St-Grégoire, Québec, made his return to the track this past weekend at Mirabel’s Circuit ICAR, to contest his first race of the season in the Pinty’s Canadian NASCAR series. Without much preparation leading up to the race, he knew the race would be challenging but that the event would serve as good seat time ahead of the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières, next month.

Andrew Ranger returns to front at ICAR (updated)

2016-07-03_54620 Not even a late-race caution could slow Andrew Ranger’s return to Victory Lane at Circuit ICAR. A year after coming up second on the 2.113-mile, 14-turn road course on the grounds of Montreal-Mirabel International Airport, Ranger dominated Sunday’s Ecko Unlimited 100. It was the fourth win in six races at Circuit ICAR, and extended his NASCAR Pinty’s Series career wins record to 22.

NASCAR and Pinty’s Delicious Foods Inc. announced today a six-year series entitlement sponsorship agreement of NASCAR’s Canadian-based series. Beginning Jan. 1, 2016, the series will be known as the NASCAR Pinty’s Series.
