GP3 - Luca Ghiotto (Trident) What a race! Pole-sitter Luca Ghiotto lost the lead at the start but fought back impressively to dominate Race 1 in a safety car affected race. Carlin and Ferrari Academy Driver Antonio Fuoco carved his way through the field in supreme style to achieve his first podium in second position with Mercedes backed Esteban Ocon from ART Grand Prix in third.

Trident’s Luca Ghiotto posts second consecutive pole in Austria
GP3 - Luca Ghiotto (Trident) An action-packed qualifying session saw Italian Luca Ghiotto claim his third pole from four outings of his GP3 career. A threat of rain meant saw a very exciting thirty minutes with positions changing aplenty with ART Grand Prix’s and Mercedes backed Esteban Ocon in second, two tenths off the Trident star. Campos Racing’s Alex Palou finished third fastest.
