WSK World Series CRG finishes in beauty

CRG Racing Team’s overall results were largely positive at the last round of the WSK World Series, in Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt). The chassis of the Italian brand together with Maxter engines proved to be in top form at the end of 2010 season, and in the 4 international categories.

CRG and Maxter were determined to achieve some excellent results at the second round of the WSK World Series, held in Millville, New Jersey. Thanks to their equipment, readily adaptable to this new environment, and to some very careful preparation work, the Italian team celebrated the victories by Jonathan Thonon in KZ2, with Gary Carlton in second place, and Max Verstappen in KF3.
After Portugal, Nyck De Vries (Zanardi/Parilla) went to conquer America, with a firm intention to repeat his success in Super KF, at the first round of the WSK World Series. On the Millville circuit, which he saw for the first time, the young Dutch karter from Chiesa Corse triumphed despite a fourth-place start and improved his championship standing.
After a brilliant victory in the WSK Euro Series, Paolo De Conto triumphed three weeks later at the European KZ2 Championship. Then, it was Nicolaj Moller-Madsen’s turn to show what he was capable of doing at the wheel of his Energy-TM. The Danish driver first created a stir at the WSK World Series, and then became European KF2 champion after his unquestionable domination in the final race.
