18 drivers within a second
On the second day of the FIA Formula 3 European Championship tests at Barcelona’s 4.655-kilometre Grand Prix circuit, William Buller (ThreeBond with T-Sport, 1:40.812 minutes) secured the top position on the time sheets. Watched by the 2012 Formula 3 European Champion, Daniel Juncadella, the Briton outpaced his compatriots Jordan King (1:40.997 minutes) and Harry Tincknell (1:41,021, both Carlin) who finished second and third respectively.

Buller joins Threebond with T-Sport
Dutch racer Dennis van de Laar will be competing for Van Amersfoort Racing in FIA Formula 3 European Championship. The 19-year-old driver who was born a few kilometers from the Zandvoort track debuted in Formula 3 last season with Van Amersfoort Racing and managed to score two pole positions in his rookie season.

Macau Grand Prix: Juncadella vs. the rest of the world
In the recent past, the races held in the former colony located on the South China Sea were dominated by Formula 3 Euro Series drivers: in 2009 and 2010, the prestigious event was won by Edoardo Mortara and last year, Daniel Juncadella (Prema Powerteam) took the chequered flag as race winner.

Raffaele Marciello (Prema Powerteam) has won the 19th season round of the Formula 3 Euro Series.
At the 4.005 kilometres long Circuit Ricardo Tormo, the Italian dominantly kept his team-mate Daniel Juncadella (Prema Powerteam) at bay throughout the 27 laps. British driver Tom Blomqvist (ma-con Motorsport) finished third from the best-placed rookie Emil Bernstorff (ma-con Motorsport).

Due to the heavy rain, the first laps were completed behind the safety car before the race got underway on lap eight.
Yesterday, it was still hot, but today, the young drivers in the Formula 3 Euro Series had to cope with heavy rain in the twelfth season round. At the 2.3 kilometres long Norisring, Raffaele Marciello (Prema Powerteam) came out on top, winning from his team-mate Daniel Juncadella (Prema Powerteam).

British driver Harry Tincknell (Carlin) scored a lights-to-flag victory in the eleventh season round of the Formula 3 Euro Series.
He crossed the finish line 0.419 seconds ahead of Felix Serralles (Fortec Motorsport). After 22 laps, Pascal Wehrlein (Mücke Motorsport) ended up as the best-placed rookie, finishing third in the race at the 2.3 kilometres long Norisring. In the Euro Series drivers’ standings, Daniel Juncadella (Prema Powerteam) remains in the lead. His margin over William Buller (Carlin) is still eight points.

In Formula 3 Euro Series qualifying at the 4.326 kilometres long Red Bull Ring in the Austrian province of Styria, Swede Felix Rosenqvist (Mücke Motorsport, 1:26.457 minutes) claimed first place and will thus be allowed to start the third race of the weekend from pole position.

Carlin’s Antonio Felix Da Costa ends Spanish second pre-season test as fastest overall
Portuguese Antonio Felix Da Costa was fastest in the second day of testing after recording the quickest time in the morning session. His time of 1:37.934 was the fastest achieved after two test days in Catalunya. In the afternoon session Daniel Abt headed the timesheets as he repeated his form from day one.

New Zealander quickest on day one of pre-season testing in Spain
GP3 Series testing resumed in Barcelona at the Circuit de Catalunya for the second official pre-season test of 2012. There were six new faces on show: Carmen Jorda (Ocean Racing Technology), Kotaro Sakurai (Status Grand Prix), Tom Blomqvist (Status Grand Prix), Kevin Ceccon (Trident Racing) and John Wartique (Atech CRS GP). Carlos Sainz Junior stepped in at Lotus GP for Aaro Vainio who will return to action on day two of the test.

Barcelona hosts two day test session with 26 drivers in the line-up
Three weeks after the first official test session for GP3 in Estoril, the series returns to action with the second official pre season test at the Circuit de Catalunya and it’s going to be lively on track with 26 drivers lining up in the field.

Portugal hosts first official GP3 test session of 2012
The long wait is finally over! GP3 seriesTM is back on track in 2012 with the first official test session in Portugal. Testing takes place over two days – 21-22 February at the Estoril circuit and gives teams and drivers their first opportunity to get a feel with the car – the GP3 10 and to integrate within their squad.
