Former NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Rookie of the Year Derek White is teaming with Hackett Racing to compete in the season opening Camping World Truck Series race at Daytona International Speedway. White will pilot the #76 Warrior Gaming Associates Ford for the NextEra Energy Resources 250 this Friday February 24th.

Sherwood Park, Alberta’s Noel Dowler, driver of the #5 EMCO Dodge and EMCO Corporation have reached a multiyear partnership agreement that will see Dowler competing in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series in 2012 and beyond. Following a successful rookie season in 2011 Dowler looks forward to taking the next step in his career this coming season as he competes in the entire NCATS season in a DJK Racing prepared car.
While the 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series first event is still months away
Ron Beauchamp Jr. and the #60 Mopar Parts/Mobil 1/Exide Batteries Dodge team have already been very busy with preparations for another season of competition. The team has brought in ASA Championship Crew Chief Deon Deneau and there is already sense of optimism for the year ahead.
Dowler also expects to be busy racing during the winter months.

D.J. Kennington kicked off his chase for his first NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 championship with a victory in the season-opener Saturday. Kennington out-dueled JR Fitzpatrick over the closing laps to claim the Keystone Light 200 at Delaware Speedway.

DJ Kennington and the #17 Mahindra Tractor/Castrol Dodge team continue to push themselves for success and had another very strong outing in round number nine of the NASCAR Canadian Tire series at Trois Rivieres, Quebec. For the seventh time this season Kennington would finish in the top-five and for the fourth race this season he scored a podium finish.
