Glock expects Silverstone return
Timo Glock on Thursday said he expects to be “totally fit” for next weekend’s British grand prix.
The German had to sit out last weekend’s Valencia race with an intestinal infection. But in a media statement issued on Thursday, his employer Marussia said Glock, 30, is “back on the road to recovery” “Generally I am feeling much better,” he said. “I still feel a little weak in the legs, but otherwise I am okay.

Hamilton may have decided to quit McLaren – source
Lewis Hamilton may already have decided to quit McLaren, according to a reliable source.
That is the claim of the French TF1 television commentator Jean-Louis Moncet, writing in his Auto Plus column. It emerged recently that McLaren has offered the 2008 world champion – whose current contract runs out this year – over $30 million a season to stay at the British team for five more years.

Renault edges towards signing Grosjean for 2012

Renault is edging towards signing Romain Grosjean to complete its 2012 driver lineup alongside Vitaly Petrov, according to reports. The Enstone based team has already announced that Swiss-born Frenchman Grosjean, the Genii-managed new GP2 champion, will drive in Friday morning practice in both Abu Dhabi and Brazil later this month.

Sutil gets into fist-fight with Renault official
Adrian Sutil was involved in a bar fight after the recent Chinese grand prix, it emerged on Wednesday.
The F1 broadcasters RAI (Italy) and TF1 (France) had alraedy reported that the Force India driver got into a fight in Shanghai. The Italian website 422race.com has now reported details, including the fact that Renault owner Genii’s Eric Lux was left bloodied after the scrape in the M1NT nightclub.
At least three key markets have revealed record viewing figures from their television broadcasts of Sunday’s Brazilian grand prix.
