Superstars world of racing enjoy successful Czech weekend with 26.000 fans on the grandstands
Mercedes and BMW shared wins in the Superstars International Series today at Brno in front of 26.000 fans. In Race 1, pole-sitter Thomas Biagi sailed to victory by leading from start to finish and took the lead in standings in front of his Mercedes-AMG Romeo Ferraris team-mate Vitantonio Liuzzi.

Alexander Talkanitsa Senior, Junior dominates practice 1 in Czech Republic
The Superstars World was back on a roll today at Brno for Round 2 of the 2013 season. The GTSprint International Series was the first to go on-track for Practice 1 and it was a Ferrari to prevail with the father-son duo of Alexander Talkanitsa Sr and Jr. who had prevailed in Race 1 at Monza.

Christian Klien backs the SWR-promoted series as a breeding ground for young racing prospects
The Austrian driver, who scored an incredible debut win last season at the Hungaroring, has been favourably impressed by the championship’s competitive level. A former F1 driver of 58 Formula 1 starts with Jaguar, Red Bull, Honda and HRT, Klien considers SUPERSTARS one of the best proving grounds for young drivers.

Superstars, GTSprint teams back on-track for testing, prize giving on feb. 8 at Adria
With just about two months before the start of the season, the Superstars Worldis lining-up at Adria for a collective round of testing hosted by Superstars World of Racing. The cars will be on-track on the 8th of February, allowing the teams to evaluate their technical and human resources for the 2013 season.

The Porsche brand is set for a top-flight return in the Superstars International Series. After the outstanding debut made in 2010, when Fabrizio Giovanardi and Ntechnology scored four wins, the mighty Porsche Panamera will return to the series this season, lining-up in from the championship-opening race at Monza on the 7th of April.

Superstars world of racing welcomes back top GTSprint contender
World-renowned Grand Touring squad AF Corse is set for a very welcomed comeback to the GTSprint International Series, as the Italian-based squad will rejoin the championship’s grid from the first round of 2013 at Monza, on the 7th of April. Amato Ferrari and his staff have confirmed their commitment right before leaving their headquarters for the upcoming 24-hour race at Daytona.

Chevrolet-powered Solaris Motorsport to line-up with brand-new v8 Camaro in 2013
A brand-new contender is set to join the 2013 Superstars International Series roster, as Chevrolet Solaris Motorsport will be fielding a Camaro starting from this season’s opener at Monza, on the 6th and 7th of April. The American brand will bring on-track another spectacular-looking car model, also adding new facets to the already-exciting technical challenge of SUPERSTARS.

After having rounded out an incredibly successful 2012 season last month at Pergusa, SUPERSTARS is still the talk of the day in European racing. While a record-high 177,600 fans showed their support on-track over the year, the series was televised in 195 territories (with 66 of them covered live) and a stellar field included seven former Formula 1 racers. The Sicilian racetrack of Pergusa, near Enna, provided a picture-perfect frame for the final round of the SUPERSTARS INTERNATIONAL SERIES. In an highly-spectacular Race Day, Swede Johan Kristoffersson clinched both the International Series and the Italian Championship titles plus the “Rookie of the Year” competition.
