Adrian Sutil, convicted this week of grievous bodily harm, has angrily slammed his former friend Lewis Hamilton.

Hamilton, the 2008 world champion and McLaren driver, declined to appear as a witness in former Force India driver Sutil’s trial this week over the assault of Lotus team executive Eric Lux.






The former Force India was on trial for attacking Lotus team executive Eric Lux in a Shanghai nightclub last April. The court imposed an 18-month suspended jail sentence and ordered the 29-year-old to pay EUR 200,000 to charity, the BBC, Associated Press and Reuters said.
Fernando Alonso reacted sharply in Singapore when asked about his search to replace the banned Flavio Briatore as his driver manager.
Brendon Hartley is still unable to take up his position as Red Bull’s formula one reserve driver.
