Changes to the Regulations
The Superbike Commission, composed of Messrs Javier Alonso (WSBK Managing Director), Ignacio Verneda (FIM Executive Director, Sport) and Takanao Tsubouchi (MSMA Representative), met at the Dorna Headquarters on 1 October in the presence of Messrs Daniel Carrera and Gregorio Lavilla (Dorna WSBK Organisation).
Szoke has won three of the last four Superbike nationals at AMP

Comes to ICAR in Mirabel this weekend
The 2011 Canadian Superbike Championship by Parts Canada season kicks off next weekend (May 27-29) at Circuit ICAR in Mirabel. This is the first of seven events for Canada’s national road racing championship and will feature competition in six classes for Pro and Amateur racers.

Superbike title race continues at Magny-Cours
Just two days after the Imola showdown and the Superbike circus is back on the road, travelling this week to France and the “Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours.” The French circuit has looked kindly on Haga over the years and has rewarded him with several race wins since 2004. Last year the Japanese rider secured a race win and a second place finish, after a close battle in Race 2 with then Ducati rider Troy Bayliss.
Theissen: Its good to feel the support
The highlight of this years one-day event at the Nürburgring for fans and partners of the BMW Sauber F1 Team was the vehicle swap between German Formula One driver Nick Heidfeld and BMW Motorrad Superbike rider Troy Corser of Australia more than 700 hp on four wheels in exchange for a good 200 hp on two. Over 700 guests came to the Eifel to enjoy an exclusive ride through the gamut of BMWs racing activities.
