F1′s plans to float on the Singapore stock exchange are continuing to harden.

Sir Jackie Stewart thinks the only uncertainty surrounding Nico Hulkenberg’s future is that Williams could lose him to a richer team. Despite the 23-year-old achieving his maiden pole position in Brazil, the British team is reportedly considering replacing the German rookie for 2011 with Venezuelan pay-driver Pastor Maldonado.
The news is a big blow to the independent team.
One of Williams’ major sponsors has revealed it is leaving the British team at the end of the season. The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) is also leaving Grove based Williams after next Sunday’s Abu Dhabi grand prix, and it is rumoured that AirAsia and McGregor are set to follow suit.

The latest rumour in formula one is that Rubens Barrichello’s longest-ever grand prix career could be set to end after the 2010 finale next month.

After Ferrari launched its F10, another 2010 car also emerged on Thursday. Grove based Williams’ FW32 was fired up at 3am on Thursday and later taken onto the Silverstone track for a private film shoot, team spokeswoman Claire Williams revealed.
