With one week to go before the opening day of the 31st running of the Grand Prix Ski-Doo of Valcourt presented by FOX which will be held from February 15-17, all systems are go at the famed Circuit Yvon-Duhamel in Maricourt, Quebec. Both tracks are ready for the athletes who will test their machines on “Open House Day” Thursday February 14, a day where fans can come and watch the action for free starting at 11:30 a.m.

At the wheel of his Dimensions Doors/Novatech Acura RSX, Quebec driver Mathieu Audette once again excelled in the Canadian Touring Car Championship, held for the first time at the Circuit Mont-Tremblant. With a lap record during racing and two second place finishes, Mathieu proudly flew the Audette Racing Team flag. His brother, Rémy, invited by the Lombardi team to drive in the B-Spec category, also finished his two races on the podium.
