Ferrari Challenge Europe rolls into the Czech Republic for round two
Under leaden skies at the Czech circuit of Brno the Ferrari Challenge cars took to the track this afternoon to qualify for the first race. With the new system of grid penalties in place for success (1st =-6 places; 2nd = -4 places; 3rd =-2places) in Monza, a good qualifying position was more important than ever before.

Alexander Talkanitsa Senior, Junior dominates practice 1 in Czech Republic
The Superstars World was back on a roll today at Brno for Round 2 of the 2013 season. The GTSprint International Series was the first to go on-track for Practice 1 and it was a Ferrari to prevail with the father-son duo of Alexander Talkanitsa Sr and Jr. who had prevailed in Race 1 at Monza.

Mixed weather did not prevent eni FIM Superbike World Championship riders from tackling most of today’s qualifying session on dry conditions, so they were able to get up to full speed at the super-fast Monza’s Autodromo Nazionale, following the rain that hampered the first part of the day.

A sunny Monza Circuit saw today a selection of WSBK riders taking on an unusual but extremely entertaining activity at the Superbike Paddock Show in Thursday’s Round 4 Pre-event prior to the racing weekend, that was massively attended by fans and photographers.

After becoming one of the top names of the Superstars International Series in 2012, Andrea Larini lined-up in the series’ 2013 opener at Monza behind the wheel of a Jaguar XFR, sporting an extremely cool matte livery that captivated the looks of the many fans on-track.

Kevin Magnussen (DAMS) backed up his impressive start to the Formula Renault 3.5 Series season with a fine win in Saturday’s race at Motorland Aragon, the Dane taking maximum points ahead of Will Stevens (P1 by Strakka Racing) and Arthur Pic (AV Formula) to move to the top of the championship standings.

SWR-promoted series set for 2013 opener with revised format, exciting field
Less than four days are left before the start of the 2013 GTSprint International Series season at the fast Monza racetrack. After the championship’s collective test, many team-driver combinations have emerged as potential title threats: 2013 will be as exciting as ever.
Three weeks after the season’s first two races at Monza, the Formula Renault 3.5 Series field has reconvened at Motorland Aragon for the opening World Series by Renault meeting of the year.
