At Circuit Mont-Tremblant
Intrepid Canada wrapped up its Eastern Canadian Karting Championship campaign a week ago as the series travelled to beautiful Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, for the sixth and final round. Once again one of the most productive teams in the paddock, this time out Intrepid drivers added season-long podiums and championships to their customary race wins.








All winter and spring planning comes to fruition today as the 2011 Eastern Canadian Karting Championship gets underway at Goodwood Kartways in Stouffville, Ontario. The finest karters from Ontario through the Maritimes are already on hand at the fabled circuit, set for a full day of Official Testing today before a doubleheader race weekend Saturday and Sunday.
With the debut event of its sophomore season hitting the track this weekend, the Eastern Canadian Karting Championship is proud to welcome ULV Custom Suits and Racing Gear as an Official Series Supplier. ULV products will be on display and available at each ECKC round in 2011, beginning this coming weekend at Goodwood Kartways. ULV also has an exciting Awards Program slated for the ECKC, one that will benefit the drivers directly and have some headed to next season with custom-tailored race suits!
Jesse Lazare was back in action this past weekend at the penultimate round of the Coupe de Montreal, and the newly nationally ranked #1 Rotax Junior driver was determined to show that he deserved that ranking.
The Western Canadian Challenge (WCC) is set to begin the 2010 season in just one week at the spectacular Greg Moore Raceway in Chilliwack, BC. The newly renamed track will host the opening rounds in the three weekend, six round series that will see drivers span three provinces as they head to Saskatoon, SK and Edmonton, AB to complete the series schedule.
A bad choice for the tunings changed the direction that the 55’s team of Marc Antoine Cardin had in mind, it is by doing the tunings they were used to for the Mini Max category that the team made a mistake, while it was starting the weekend in Florida. 
The second class for our Top 10 presentations is Mini Max. In the category of karting classes for 9-12 year olds the Mini Max class is the fastest class with a 125cc restricted 2 cycle motor producing 13.6 horsepower. The design of the class is to teach drivers and pit crews the importance of driver ability and chassis tuning.
The last round of the Coupe de Montréal championship was presented last Saturday in St-Roch-de-L’Achigan under perfect racing weather conditions. Ten classes were on the program for this final event, which totalled 120 entries.
Karting Québec and the Club de karting de l’Est du Québec (CKEQ) are proud to present the fifth event of the Vega Cup that will be held at Karting Château-Richer, Sunday september 6th 2009.
