Recently, Hong Kong-based KC Motorgroup (KCMG) became the first Chinese entry to be confirmed for the fabled Le Mans 24 hour race.

Audi boss Ullrich says no to F1
Audi has clearly rejected speculation its name might soon appear above a formula one garage door.
It has been reported for some time that the German carmaker’s parent Volkswagen could be interested in entering the sport as an engine supplier. VW’s motor racing boss Kris Nissen said a month ago: “Within the group, for sure, (the branding) could be Audi, it could be Porsche and might also be Volkswagen.”

Allan McNish will bid for a third career Le Mans 24 Hour race victory in June when the Flying Scotsman races an Audi in search of the German manufacturer’s ninth triumph in the annual French sportscar endurance race.
Peugeot on Monday confirmed that Sebastien Bourdais, to race full-time in F1 with Toro Rosso in 2009, will also contest the famous Le Mans 24 hour race in June. 
Despite winning the famous Le Mans 24 hour race last weekend, the luxury German carmaker Audi insists it is not contemplating a formula one foray.
