Champs also take Inside Motorcycles Team of the Year
In addition to claiming his record eighth national number one plate, Szoke’s Waznie Racing / Parts Canada / BMW Motorrad Canada squad also picked up the Inside Motorcycles Team of the Year award. Szoke enjoyed a near-flawless season with his BMW S1000RR, qualifying fastest at four of the five Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship rounds, winning three of six races and finishing on the podium at every event.

Jordan Szoke edged a step closer to a record eighth national Superbike title
By claiming pole position for this weekend’s fourth round of the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship at Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant on Saturday, the Brantford, Ont. racer took his Waznie Racing / Parts Canada / BMW Motorrad Canada BMW S1000RR around the 4.26km (2.65-mile), 15-turn track in one minute, 40.495 seconds (152.535km/h) during Pirelli SuperPole qualifying to stretch his lead by another point in the standings heading into Sunday’s 16-lap race.

Jordan Szoke takes his quest for an unprecedented eighth national Superbike title to historic Atlantic Motorsport Park in Shubenacadie, N.S. this weekend for the third round of the Mopar Canadian Superbike Championship. The rolling 2.56km (1.6-mile), 11-turn circuit has been a happy hunting ground for Szoke, who has five Superbike wins at the track, including a sweep of the doubleheader there in 2010.

Superbike leader Nelson takes in rare view from the top

With his win two weeks ago at Shannonville Motorsport Park on the distinctive blue and gold Nelson Racing / Endras Motorrad / mcn.tv BMW S1000RR, Andrew Nelson took the lead in the point standings and put Szoke in the unfamiliar role of having to play catch-up in the title chase.
