World RX of Canada is the seventh round of the season and will take place at Trois-Rivieres from 7-8 August.

First of two
Road America will be Alex Tagliani’s first of two scheduled appearances in the seat of the No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang in 2014. After a merry-go-round of drivers, including Ryan Blaney, Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano, Tagliani will also make an appearance behind the wheel of the No. 22 Mustang at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in August.

After shining in CART, IndyCar and NASCAR, Québécois driver Patrick Carpentier will take part in his first FIA World Championship event as driver of the Marley’s Mellow Mood VW Polo Supercar for top team Marklund Motorsport at RX Canada which will be part of Le Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières next August 7th and 8th.
The 12 rounds of the championship will be broadcast on RDS and RDS2
After finding a live event to call home in Canada with Le Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières (GP3R), the new-for-2014 FIA World Rallycross Championship presented by Monster Energy (World RX) has found a spot in the French-language television packages of Canada with an agreement to have all 12 rounds of the championship season broadcast on the Réseau des sports (RDS) networks.
