Fabio Leimer and Julián Leal to drive for Racing Engineering in the 2013 GP2 Series
Racing Engineering is pleased to announce that their drivers for the 2013 GP2 Series will be Fabio Leimer and Julián Leal.
The 23 year-old Swiss Fabio Leimer has come up through Formula BMW, Formula Renault and International Formula Master racing and he already has plenty of GP2 experience having made his debut in the 2009–10 GP2 Asia Series.

Racing Engineering to run four drivers at the Barcelona post-season test next week
Canadian Gianmarco Raimondo will be in the Spanish team’s cars
Just five weeks after the last race of the 2012 GP2 Series all the teams are back in action in Barcelona for the first of the two annual post-season tests. Racing Engineering will be giving four drivers the opportunity to drive their cars on the 4.655 km Spanish circuit that is a traditional venue for out of season testing. On Tuesday the 30th of October the Brazilian André Negrão and Canadian Gianmarco Raimondo will be in the Spanish team’s cars and on the following day, Wednesday the 31st, it will be the turn of Dutchman Nigel Melker and Argentinian Facundo Regalia.

Mikkel Mac signs up for F2
18-year-old Dane becomes the youngest driver in the 2011 field
Mikkel Mac has become the youngest driver in the 2011 Formula Two field, after the 18-year-old confirmed his drive in the championship today. The Dane graduates to F2 following impressive showings in winter testing last December – he finished 7th overall in Portimão – and more recently pre-season testing at Silverstone and Snetterton, where he regularly ran amongst the top ten fastest drivers.
