Eddie MacDonald Wins Thrilling ACT Invitational at NHMS

ACT InvitationalEddie MacDonald of Rowley, Massachusetts claimed his second American Canadian Tour Invitational after a thrilling battle with Barre, Vermont’s Nick Sweet at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, NH on Saturday, September 24. MacDonald and Sweet swapped the lead four times over the final 15 laps of the 50 mile event on the “Magic Mile.”

Brian Hoar wins second segment and overall ACT All-Star Challenge at New Hampshire Motor Speedway

Hoar was running third on a lap 36 restart when segment one winner and leader at the time Eddie MacDonald of Rowley, Massachusetts had ignition troubles and had to retire from the event.

Brian Hoar wins Riverside Can-Am

Hoar is the current ACT Late Model Tour point leader

Brian Hoar won the Circuit Riverside Speedway Can-Am combination Série ACT Castrol Edge and ACT Late Model Tour event on Saturday, August 14. Hoar, the current ACT Late Model Tour point leader, fought his way by current Série ACT Castrol Edge point leader Karl Allard on lap 94 and led the remainder of the event. Deceiving result for Andrew Ranger in New-Hampshire (+result)

Andrew Ranger was hoping for a positive result in New-Hampshire but a race incident took him out near the end of the race. Bold move on late restart gives rookie second East win. Williston’s Brian Hoar earned his first  ACT Late Model Tourwin of the season and his 26th career ACT victory. Ryan Truex became the third member of his family to reach Victory Lane at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Friday as he dominated the New England 125 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race. Truex took the lead on Lap 60 and never looked back as the Mayetta, N.J., driver joined his brother NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Martin Truex Jr., and his father, Martin Sr., on the K&N Pro Series East winners list at New Hampshire.
