For the winner of the DD2 class during the Monaco de Trois-Rivières!
It is with great pleasure that the organizing committee for the Monaco de Trois-Rivières, partnered with the GP3R (Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières) and Elitech Sprot Evasion, would like to announce that the winner of the final race in the ROTAX MAX DD2 category, part of the Eastern Canadian Karting Championship hold Sunday the August 4th, will have the privilege of racing in the Sportsman racing series which is presented as part of the GP3R, which will be held August 9-11, 2013.
















All winter and spring planning comes to fruition today as the 2011 Eastern Canadian Karting Championship gets underway at Goodwood Kartways in Stouffville, Ontario. The finest karters from Ontario through the Maritimes are already on hand at the fabled circuit, set for a full day of Official Testing today before a doubleheader race weekend Saturday and Sunday. 









After the Welcome party of last night where we assisted to the first round of the Tire changing contest, drivers were going on track today for the first time with the first two practices. Up to now, the weather is fairly good but forecasts for next days give chances of rain. Today’s practices were not timed and the difference between the drivers who discover the circuit for the first time this morning was obvious. The difference much smaller this afternoon. 
We are now in Italy for the 2010 edition of the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals. This year, 252 drivers coming from 61 countries will race for the world title in the Rotax Max Junior, Rotax Max, Rotax DD2 and Rotax DD2 Masters class.
