A brand-new contender is set to join the 2013 Superstars International Series roster, as Chevrolet Solaris Motorsport will be fielding a Camaro starting from this season’s opener at Monza, on the 6th and 7th of April. After having reached its half point for 2012, Superstars can draw a really positive balance in terms of on-track competition. The series has experienced a sensational run in the first part of the championship, featuring an unprecedented performance balancing between the cars and drivers taking part in it. Seven drivers scored victories so far, representing five different car brands, while six manufacturers ended up on the podium so far.

Teenager becomes youngest winner in Cup history
Teenager Joey Logano became the youngest winner in the history of the Cup Series on Sunday, winning the rain-shortened race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The precocious 19-year-old rookie came back from a crash that put him a lap down earlier in the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 and won in his 20th Sprint Cup start.
