LHR Autosport launches for racers and Honda fans !
Multi-time Canadian Touring Car champions in many different categories over the past forty years, the Lombardi Honda Racing team is expanding even further by announcing today the official creation of their LHR Autosport division, which is dedicated to the preparation of Hondas for all motorsport competition, as well as for Honda fans wishing to personalize their street cars.

One podium and an incredible comeback for Benjamin Distaulo
The Lombardi Honda Racing Team participated in this weekend’s Canadian Touring Car Championship double-header as part of the NASCAR de Montréal itinerary. Two races were held under very different conditions at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve on Thursday and Friday, both of which saw excellent results for the four drivers of the Montréal-based team.

Lombardi Honda Racing Team Eyeing Another Podium
The Lombardi Honda Racing Team will be at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve this weekend to contest the two NAPA 200 rounds of the Canadian Touring Car Championship. Drivers Benjamin Distaulo, currently ranked second in the series, Roger Ledoux, and Greg Pootmans will make their presence known in the Super Touring class along with the return of Simon Dion-Viens in the B-Spec class.

Lombardi Honda Racing Team podiums at the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières
The Lombardi Honda Racing Team earned two podiums at the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières this weekend, and finished two other cars in the Top 10 by the end of the Canadian Touring Car Championship double-header. With this result, Benjamin Distaulo climbs into second place in the drivers’ championship standings while teammates Éric Lacouture and Roger Ledoux continue to improve.

Returning to Canadian Touring Car in 2012…
Multi-time champion in the Honda/Michelin series as well as in the 2009 and 2010 Canadian Touring Car Championship, the Lombardi Honda Racing Team is returning to this series full-time with no less than three cars in the Super Touring class and one in the new « B spec » category, in addition to supporting two other drivers, one in the Touring class and another in Super Touring.

Nick Wittmer wins at Mirabel and claims the Championship
Leading the Canadian Touring Car Championship heading into the last round of the season, held this past weekend at the ICAR Complex in Mirabel, Montreal driver Nick Wittmer not only did what was required to secure his second consecutive title, he also claimed victory in both races while teammate Benjamin Distaulo earned himself two “Top 4″ finishes.

Lombardi Honda Racing ready for the grand finale…
It’s this weekend at the ICAR racing track in Mirabel, that the final double-header of the Canadian Touring Championship season will be held. Leading the championship since June, Nick Wittmer plans to do everything possible to claim his second consecutive title at the wheel of his Lombardi Honda Racing Honda Civic Si. For the Montreal team, which also includes Benjamin Distaulo (looking for his first podium in the series), this outing is their opportunity to earn their second title in as many years competing in the series.

Nick Wittmer still leading the championship
The Lombardi Honda Racing team, defending Canadian Touring Car champions, competed in this past weekend’s popular Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières with no less than three Honda Civic Si’s. Despite problems adapting their cars to this urban track, the team comes away from the weekend with a fifth place for Benjamin Distaulo and two “Top 6″ finishes for Nigel Heron, while Nick Wittmer maintains his hold at the top of the championship standings.

Everything is in place for a great racing weekend in Trois-Rivières
Tradition is respected with the presentation of the 41st edition of the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières ( GP3R) in the streets of the Maurician city. It is difficult to find a reference to the GP3R as is is a unique event with its tradition and its capacity to renew and modernize itself.

Lombardi Honda Racing at the Track With N.Wittmer, B.Distaulo and N.Heron…
Winner of four of the last six rounds of the Canadian Touring Car Championship, the Lombardi Honda Racing team is entering three Honda Civic Si’s for this weekend’s Grand Prix de Trois-Rivières. These three vehicles will be in the hands of Benjamin Distaulo, Nigel Heron and Nick Wittmer, the defending champion and points leader of the 2010 season. Another win would put Nick, already victorious at Trois-Rivières in the past, one step closer to a second consecutive title.

Nick Wittmer wins race one in Toronto and increases his Championship lead
Driving his Lombardi Honda Racing Civic Si, Montrealer Nick Wittmer won the first of two rounds at this past weekend’s Honda Indy Toronto Grand Prix. The 2009 champion and current 2010 points leader, Wittmer also finished second in the second race of the weekend, increasing his lead in his hunt for a repeat title-winning season.

Nick Wittmer aims to continue his winning streak at Toronto’s Grand Prix
Winners at the Grand Prix of Mirabel earlier this month, the Lombardi Honda Racing Team heads to the Honda Indy Toronto Grand Prix and the mid-way point of the Canadian Touring Car Championship with confidence. At the wheel of the Montréal-based team’s Honda Civic Si, defending champion Nick Wittmer and his teammate Benjamin Distaulo will once again attempt to demonstrate the team’s supremacy.

Nick Wittmer’s Goal is Victory at the Grand Prix de Mirabel
After earning four podiums (including one victory) at Ontario’s Mosport track during the season’s first few rounds, the Lombardi Honda Racing team will participate at the first Quebec event of 2010 Canadian Touring Car Championship to be held this weekend in Mirabel.

Lombardi Honda Racing victorious at Mosport…
Defending Canadian Touring Car champion, Montrealer Nick Wittmer, lead the Lombardi Honda Racing Team to a new high this past weekend at the Mosport track in Ontario. At the wheel of his Honda Civic Si, Wittmer finished the two races in first and third place respectively. His teammates, Ontarian Alex Healy and Quebecker Benjamin Distaulo completed the two races in the Top 10, rounding out an excellent showing for the Lombardi Honda Racing Team.

Lombardi Honda Racing Ready for Round Two
After a fruitful first racing weekend highlighted by two podiums, the Lombardi Honda Racing Team will return to the Mosport track (Ontario) for the second round of the season. The 2009 Touring Car Champion team is pulling out all the stops to see its three drivers Quebeckers Nick Wittmer and Benjamin Distaulo and Ontarian Alex Healy among the front-runners at these upcoming two races.

Lombardi Racing Team, last year’s Canadian Touring Car winners, is throwing their hat back into the ring as of this weekend when the 2010 season begins at Mosport Park in Ontario. Defending champion, Montréaler Nick Wittmer, Ontarian Alex Healy and Québecker Benjamin Distaulo will take commande of three Super Touring Honda Civic Si’s with one common goal : to continue their string of success.
