Greaves Motorsport already eyeing Sebring planning at least one-car entry to 2013 ALMS opener
Now this is what you call planning ahead…
Greaves Motorsport laid out its 2013 racing plans during the FIA World Endurance Championship finale in China last weekend. It included an intention to run at least one car in March at the 61st Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring fueled by Fresh from Florida. The move makes total sense to team manager Jacob Greaves.

ALMS confirms 2013 schedule date change
Four-hour Monterey round now set for May 11
The American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón has confirmed a date change for its 2013 race at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, Calif. The new date – Saturday, May 11 – reflects a change from the previously announced May 18 date, which conflicts with the Nürburgring 24 Hours.

Muscle Milk Pickett Racing, Level 5 Motorsports and Rebellion Racing were the big winners Saturday at Petit Le Mans powered by Mazda. Rebellion’s Neel Jani, Andrea Belicchi and Nicolas Prost won the 1,000-mile race for the first time with a three-lap victory in their Lola-Toyota on a day filled with drama at Road Atlanta.

Dyson Racing ended up quickest on the first day of testing for the 15th annual Petit Le Mans powered by Mazda on Sunday with the No. 20 Lola-Mazda turning a lap of 1:12.742 (125.742 mph).
