In Sunday’s Star Mazda race at Trois-Rivières
Andersen Racing’s Anders Krohn started second in Round 10 of the Star Mazda Championship presented by Goodyear Sunday afternoon at the Grand Prix of Trois-Rivières, led about a quarter of the race, and then finished fourth in the 39-lap event on the 1.53-mile street circuit.

Three of Andersen Racing’s drivers finished in the top seven Saturday at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in the season finale of the Star Mazda Championship presented by Goodyear, as Conor Daly was fourth, Richard Kent finished sixth and Denis Navarro placed seventh. The fourth, Joel Miller, was as high as third but ended up 17th at the end of the 45-minute, 33-lap contest.
JDC MotorSports concludes its 2009 Star Mazda Championship presented by Goodyear campaign this weekend (October 9-10), with the season-finale taking place at the renowned Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca road course in Northern California. Minnesota-based squad travels to Laguna Seca second in the driver standings and leading the team championship.

Following a runner-up campaign in 2008 that featured one race win. After narrowly missing out on the Star Mazda Championship Presented by Goodyear title in his rookie season, Joel Miller has announced that he will return to the highly-competitive junior formula car series in 2009.
