Invincible in a Full Year of the Canadian Rally Championship …

Leaders of the Canadian Rally Championship and the North American Rally Cup heading into this weekend’s Rallye Défi, Quebec driver Antoine L’Estage (of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC) and his co-driver Nathalie Richard (of Halifax, NS) had a problem free performance, which was capped off with the overall victory.








Drivers Luc Lesage, of Trois-Rivières (QC), and Jocelyn Fecteau, of Mont-St-Grégoire (QC), contested this past weekend’s final 2011 Canadian Touring Car Championship at the ICAR circuit in Mirabel. The races were not at all relaxing for the two drivers but the points earned enables Scion to claim third spot in the overall Manufacturers’ Touring class standings.


















Struggling Virgin’s main base at present is Dinnington, in rural South Yorkshire, but the Yorkshire Post reports that a move closer to new technical partner McLaren is on the cards. Team boss John Booth confirmed that the team is set to move temporarily to Banbury, Oxfordshire, with a permanent headquarters to be built near Silverstone in 2012.
