Andrew Ranger 21st fir the start of the NASCAR Nationwide Bucyrus 200 presented by Menard’s
Both Jacques Villeneuve and Andrew Ranger are qualified for the NASCAR Nationwide race to take place at Elkart Lake. Villeneuve posted the third best time of the qualifying session behind Michael McDowell of Team Pizza Ranch Toyota and Max Papis on Chevrolet.

Sebastian Vettel has taken the pole for the 2011 European Grand Prix on the streets of Valencia, Spain with a lap of 1:36.975
This is the 2010 F1 champion’s 7th pole of the 2011 season, and 22st of his Formula One (F1) career and second pole at Valencia. This is also Vettel’s seventh pole in eight races and eighth pole in nine tries dating back to the Abu Dhabi season finale in 2010.

Frenchman picks up victory after van der Garde penalty

Marussia Manor Racing’s Adrian Quaife-Hobbs took his maiden GP3 Series victory today, after a flying start from the Brit saw him take the lead when the lights went out. MW Arden locked out the rest of the podium with Lewis Williamson finishing second and Mitch Evans third.

Briton powers to front on opening lap from fifth on the grid
Will Bratt secured his maiden FIA Formula Two race win during today’s (Saturday) opening F2 race at Spa Francorchamps. The Briton started fifth on the grid but capitalised on the treacherous conditions to lead by the end of the first lap. Mirko Bortolotti put his post-qualifying penalty behind him to secure second with Christopher Zanella third.
