Harvick second as it took several minutes to determine winner after last-lap crash

In a typical wild ending at Talladega Superspeedway, Clint Bowyer edged teammate Kevin Harvick for the victory Sunday, but all three contenders stayed neck-and-neck in the frantic race for the Sprint Cup Series championship.







Incredible action in the penultimate DTM round of the season at the Adria International Raceway. The spectators got to see an action-packed race with many overtaking manoeuvres, a thrilling battle for the title and a winner that nobody had reckoned with prior to the race. 
Jorge Lorenzo reasserted his dominance of the 2010 season today with a convincing win from pole position, ahead of Fiat Yamaha teammate Valentino Rossi. After two days of torrential rain and high winds, race day provided the first dry running of the weekend after the day’s only rain was a brief downpour in the morning before the warm-up session. 
The Challenge of Cyprus

The Aluminos Racing Team will celebrate its three year anniversary in November at SKUSA SuperNationals XIV. The Aluminos race program has experienced its best season thus far and is looking to cap off the 2010 season in Vegas next month adding more event titles to its resume. 
For the second time this season, Gary Paffett (Mercedes-Benz) will be starting from pole position into a DTM race. In qualifying for the tenth DTM round of the season at the Adria International Raceway, the 29-year old secured himself the best grid position, just ahead of his fellow Mercedes-Benz driver Bruno Spengler.

A second day of torrential rain and high winds forced this afternoon’s qualifying session to be cancelled. In many places the circuit was flooded, causing the cancellation on safety grounds and meaning that the grid for tomorrow’s race will be decided based on the fastest laps from the free practice sessions. 
ECKC Rotax Junior and Rotax Senior class champions Jesse Lazare and Marco DiLeo travel to Spain for Rotax International Open sporting Sofina colours.Sofina Foods of Toronto, Ontario, through its support of the newly created Eastern Canadian Karting Championship, has sent two of the Canada’s best drivers to the Rotax Max Challenge International Open being held in Zuera, Spain this weekend.
