Scarallo wins Epic Race at Road America (+results)

Scarallo won in style at Road America

Jonathan Scarallo survived an epic drafting battle between four cars and then took the lead with two laps to go and gapped Daniel Erickson to take his first career F2000 victory in style for R-Sport at Road America. Scarallo takes Road America pole (+results)

Scarallo took pole easily

Jonathan Scarallo laid down a lap more than four-tenths clear of anyone else to take pole for the second F2000 race of the weekend at Road America, round 12 of the 2010 season. Scarallo appeared to be sending a message to the rest of the paddock in the #22 Van Diemen.

Carbone Victorious at Road America (+results)

Erickson set a new track record and took pole

Championship points leader Victor Carbone snuck around Jonathan Scarallo on the start and then passed Daniel Erickson for the lead to go onto victory in the first F2000 race of the weekend at Road America. The Brazilian wasted no time in taking the top spot early in the race and then breaking the draft to take his sixth win of the season in round 11 at Road America over Daniel Erickson and Stevan McAleer.
