Carpentier looking ahead to Talladega
The final round of the 2008 Coupe de Montreal Championship was held on September 27th at SH Karting in St-Hilaire, QC. 
The struggling Japanese team’s chief executive Nick Fry told spox.com that he is keeping an eye on the availability of the 31-year-old German, whose inconsistent form this year has cast doubt on his future.

Alstare in positive mood
Last year’s race at Magny-Cours saw young German Max Neukirchner drafted into the team as a replacement for the injured Yukio Kagayama and he acquitted himself well by taking fourth place in the first race. 
The next race is the Japanese Grand Prix, the home race of Panasonic Toyota Racing. The schedule will be busy, with the Chinese GP being held the week following. 
The 2008 series title went to Alexander Rossi following his 11th Formula BMW career win. Sep 30
