Carlos Sainz (DAMS) returned to his winning ways on the return of the Formula Renault 3.5 Series to the Nürburgring.
Starting from pole, his sixth of the season, the Red Bull Junior Team driver led from start to finish for the victory ahead of Roberto Merhi (Zeta Corse) and Sergey Sirotkin (Fortec Motorsports).
