Two top-10 finishes for Kami Laliberté

Kami Misano - 2After New Zealand at the start of the year and Italy a few weeks ago, the time had come this weekend for Kami Laliberté to start his season in the German Formula 4 championship. Just like in 2016, the Motorsport Arena racecourse at Oschersleben, in the eastern part of Germany is hosting the season’s launch program that started yesterday with two free practices sessions and a qualifying.

Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki Racing Team) took a clear victory in Race 1 at the Acerbis Dutch Round on Saturday, after a long battle with Chaz Davies (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) ended in a frustrating DNF for the Welshman who pulled up at the end of the penultimate lap. Sykes heads Assen grid after Rea penalty

Heated SP2 saw Rea set record lap before a penalty relegated him to fourth, leaving Sykes, Davies and Savadori on front row World Champion Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki Racing Team) set a superb pole time at the Acerbis Dutch Round in Tissot Superpole 2 – with a rapid 1’33.505 lap of the TT Assen Circuit – initially putting him ahead of Tom Sykes (Kawasaki Racing Team) and Chaz Davies (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) on the front row.
