WSBK - Jules Cluzel The sole qualifying session for the World Supersport championship held a short time ago at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” was a thriller, with the outright circuit best being bettered initially by Kenan Sofuoglu (Kawasaki Puccetti Racing) and PJ Jacobsen (CORE’’ Motorsport Thailand Honda), before eventual Pole setter Jules Cluzel (MV Agusta Reparto Corse) demolished it by almost a second.

WSBK - Toprak Razgatlioglu At 18 years, eight months and four days of age, Toprak Razgatlioglu has become the 2015 FIM European Superstock 600 Champion. The young star from Alanya, a beach resort city on the southern coast of Turkey, crossed the line in third place at the end of the sixth race of the season at Misano, and that result proved to be enough for him to clinch a well deserved title with two races still to go in the season.

2015-06-18 - ThursdaySebastian Asch (#21 Team Zakspeed, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3), pole position for Race 1: “With the weather being so changeable and rain on the way, I went out right at beginning and put in three laps at full throttle. I had a clear track ahead of me, and our Mercedes-Benz ran perfectly. We have good starting positions for both races, so now we need to convert them into good results.”

GP3 - Luca Ghiotto (Trident) An action-packed qualifying session saw Italian Luca Ghiotto claim his third pole from four outings of his GP3 career. A threat of rain meant saw a very exciting thirty minutes with positions changing aplenty with ART Grand Prix’s and Mercedes backed Esteban Ocon in second, two tenths off the Trident star. Campos Racing’s Alex Palou finished third fastest.
