Starworks Motorsport is celebrating a second place podium finish in The Grand-AM of The Americas, Circuit of The Americas, Texas

Starworks Motorsport logoStarworks Motorsport #2 Ford Riley DP, Alex Popow and Ryan Dalziel, Second Place Podium, COTAGA Rolex Series March 3 2013Ryan Dalziel and Alex Popow fought an epic battle in the DP class from qualifying in P7 in the #2 Generation 3 Daytona Prototype Ford Riley. In a dramatic second round of the GRAND-AM Rolex Series the #2 Team Popow pairing showed their mettle as Alex Popow started from P7 on the grid and was up to P5 when a knock sent him in to a spin at turn 15 and set him back to P11 on lap 8. Honda engineers already at McLaren – report

McLaren is yet to sign an engine deal for the new turbo V6 era beginning in 2014, according to Germany’s Auto Motor und Sport.

New Auto GP completes Vallelunga test

The new Auto GP car successfully completed its scheduled 2-day shakedown at Vallelunga.

Auto GPAuto GP 2013 The brand-new racer marks the start of a revolutionary era for the series and showed to have speed and reliability in the hands of Ibiza Racing Team. The Italian-based operation announced their entry just one month ago and they were off to a flying start at Vallelunga, with nice weather, clear skies and a temperature of 13° C.
