Prema PowerteamFIA Formula 3 European Championship logoThe driver-line up for the FIA Formula 3 European Championship debut season is complete: the Italian Prema Powerteam around Angelo Rosin just can’t wait for the season kick-off at Monza, Italy.

With their latest signing, Eddie Cheever, having been added to their line-up, the Italians now are going to contest the battle for the European Championship title with four drivers: in addition to Eddie Cheever, the son of former Formula 1 ace Eddie Sr., there is Raffaele Marciello who already contested the 2012 Formula 3 Euro Series for Prema and finished third in the championship.

Mücke Motorsport 2013 signs Israeli Roy Nissany for the FIA Formula 3 European Championship

Mücke Motorsport will contest the 2013 FIA Formula 3 European Championship with Israeli Roy Nissany. The 18-year old finished ninth in the 2012 ADAC Formula Masters and celebrated his first win in the series at Austria’s Red Bull Ring. Now it is time to take the next step for the young Israeli, whose father, Chanoch Nissany, was a Formula 1 test driver for Minardi.

Roy Nissany – Israeli, French passport, raised in Europe – added: „I’m proud of being a part of the Mücke Motorsport family. Even more so as it is the squad that has been accompanying me throughout my car-racing career. We had an efficient winter test and I’m ready for the new challenge, the FIA Formula 3 European Championship.” Nissany still attends high school in Tel Aviv and consequently, he used the off-season for both preparing for his school-leaving examinations and working on his fitness for the coming season. The Israeli is the second Mücke Motorsport signing for the 2013 FIA Formula 3 European Championship season. He will be teamed up with Australian Mitchell Gilbert.

André Rudersdorf advances to the FIA Formula 3 European Championship

Team ma-con Motorsport announced the signing of André Rudersdorf for the FIA Formula 3 European Championship. The 17-year old young gun made his first steps on the car-racing ladder in 2011, in the ADAC Formula Masters – and just one year later he successfully competed in the German ATS Formula 3 Cup.
