Canadian Motorsports Expo logo 2012The 7th Annual Canadian Motorsports Expo, Presented by Inside Track Motorsport News takes place February 8, 9 & 10, 2013 at the International Centre, adjacent to Toronto’s Pearson International Airport.

Billed as ‘Canada’s Ultimate Racing Show,’ the CME will once again take place two weeks before the Daytona 500, at a time when Canadian racers and fans are making their plans and purchasing decisions for the upcoming racing season.

For the second year in a row, the Canadian Motorsports Expo (CME) will emanate from Hall 6 at the International Centre. The 80,000 square foot venue is a great showcase for the hundreds of exhibitors, tracks, series, vendors and racing vehicles that will fill the hall.

“We’re working hard to make the 2013 Canadian Motorsports Expo the best yet,” said the CME’s Rob Morton. We’ve already heard back from many of our exhibitors and sponsors, who will be returning. We have some exciting news in the works, which we plan to start rolling out shortly and right up until show time. We’re grateful for the partnership and support of the Canadian racing community. The CME is Canada’s only pure, homegrown celebration of Canadian motorsports. It’s where the racing industry comes together to kick off ‘our’ season.”

Offering interesting and informative racing forums and seminars, celebrity racer autograph sessions, NASCAR Sprint Cup stock cars, Canadian racing vehicles from across the motorsports spectrum, reunion events, popular awards presentations and aisle after aisle of equipment suppliers and collectible vendors, the CME has something for every racer and fan. It’s also becoming the venue where Canadian racers, tracks and series make news. The show offers fantastic value and exposure for motorsports-related businesses that are looking to jumpstart their sales, marketing and promotional campaigns in front of thousands of their most motivated and likely customers.

Throughout its existence, the Canadian Motorsports Expo has become famous for its presentation of celebrity racers from Canada and around the world. Stars like Ron Fellows, Jacques Villeneuve, Matt Kenseth, Paul Tracy, Brad Keselowski, Dario Franchitti, James Hinchcliffe, Max Papis, Derek Daly, Miguel & Yvon Duhamel and many, many more have graced the CME stage for fan Q&A and autograph sessions.

The CME has also featured world-famous racing machines, including the NASCAR Cup cars of Jimmie Johnson, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jeff Gordon, as well as F1 and IndyCar vehicles. Watch for updates through the coming months as to which big name racers and machines will be on display at the 7th Annual Canadian Motorsports Expo.
