Allianz to sponsor Mercedes in F1 – report

Mercedes GP looks set to secure another sponsor.

AllianzThe German source sponsors.de reports that Allianz, the Munich based global insurance group, will soon be added to the livery of the Silver Arrows. Senna Anniversary: “Helmet Challenge” to Celebrate 50 Years

Entries from across the globe compete to be chosen as Bruno Senna’s race helmet design. Now the public will cast its vote.

Artists from as far afield as Japan and Costa Rica, South Africa and Norway, have submitted their designs to be considered for a commemorative helmet to be worn by Ayrton’s nephew, Bruno Senna, later in the current Formula One World Championship season. RML AD Group secures a second LeMans Series title (+photos)

After a conservative run to fourth place in Silverstone 1000 Kilometres

The final race of this year’s Le Mans Series, was more than sufficient to secure an unprecedented second set of LMP2 titles for RML AD Group. With a total of 75 points, the team’s regular pairing of Mike Newton and Thomas Erdos reclaim the drivers’ title they last won in 2007, while RML also collect the 2010 LMP2 team title. Subaru’s Pat Richard second at Rallye Défi

First in Canadian Champiopnship

The Subaru team of Patrick Richard and co-driver Alan Ockwell took second place in the 2010 Rallye Defi. Even though the team pushed hard and won half the competitive stages, they were never able to close the time deficit after a flat tire early in the race.
