BMW Motorsport presents 2010 programme

Focus on production car racing, continuation of junior promotion.

bmwHaving bid farewell to Formula One, BMW will intensify its involvement in GT and touring car racing in the forthcoming year. The company released details of its 2010 motorsport programme on Saturday at the BMW Sports Trophy Award Ceremony in Munich (DE). The Formula 1 duo was joined in the outstanding Brazilian endurance race by Stock Car Light frontrunner Julio Campos, who lined up along with Massa on his maiden victory in the event back in 1997. McLaren: Button will be a real asset in F1 2010

2009 F1 champion Jenson Button will help McLaren-Mercedes step up to a new level in 2010, says Jonathan Neale

Button, who of course won the F1 drivers’ title this season, was confirmed by Vodafone McLaren Mercedes after inking a ‘multi-year’ deal at the end of last month.
